VIGOR Information Request Form

The VIGOR orientation class is held several times each year on Saturday mornings. To sign up for a VIGOR orientation class, please complete the on-line form. Once the form is complete you will be placed in a data base and will be emailed once the next VIGOR orientation class is scheduled. You will not receive an immediate email; however, you will be notified once the class is scheduled.
